Ragamuffintop Challenge --->>> 5

So I don't think I am doing very well. I have eaten less and given up soda's. Well I had a soda this week. On Thursday we went to eat and Tim got everything for me while I took care of the boys and he brought me a soda and I didn't want to be rude so I drank it. But really that was my first in weeks and I feel bad about it. The other thing is I went and weighed myself on a different scale this week and I am five punds heavier on that scale. Whats up with that? So I don't know which one to go by. I am going to wiegh myself again this week and whatever it says I will believe. I don't think I had a 5 pound weight gain in a week.

  1. Hey fellow Ragamuffin!

    You know I first weighted myself and got one weight and then bought a new scale and it said I was 6 pounds heavier! Imagine my disbelief. I was so upset. I knew I hadnt gained but I guess I had to come to terms with which one had the accurate weight. I decided to get on a professional Dr scale at the gym to see which of my scales were more accurate and sure enough it was the new scale weight.

    But dont fret...
    If perhaps this is the case for you just re-weigh on your original scale to find out your pound loss and then calculate it with the other scale. I hope that makes sense! I feel confused just reading that. lol

    Anyways, I am sure you lost. Keep on track. You WILL see results.

    Keep it up!

  2. I had the same problem with my own personal scale - it kept giving me different weights each time I stepped on it. It was very frustrating! I finally broke down and bought a new weight watchers scale and it has been very consistent. Keep working and don't let the scale frustrate you.

  4. don't worry about one soda. it's when you start saying, "i'll just have one today. i haven't had one since yesterday..." etc. that you should worry. don't be so hard on yourself.

    just stay on it. you're doing amazing things for your family and your future. remember that.

    you can do this.
