Ragamuffintop Challenge




So this week I can say I did better with the soda's. Wednesday was one week without a soda. I do have to say in the meal area I didn't do very well. Saturday I ate a corn dog at Alley Fest and at District Council we ate after the service which was around 9:30pm every night. This week I have my food planned out and no eating after 6pm. I weighed in yesterday and lost 1 pound.
