The Train

On Tuesday while we were in Dallas we took the boys on the train downtown. Kaden loved riding on the train he just staired out the window. His favorite part was that he did not have to wear a seatbelt.

While we were walking downtown we found a fountain. Kaden played and played. It was a hot day.

Karson was so tired he was asleep within minutes of getting into the car.

Recovering

We just got back from our trip last night and I am still recovering. I will post later about the amazing family time we had in Dallas. Tim is back to work and I miss him so much today.

Good Find - Snack Trap

A few weeks ago while shopping at Burlington for Easter outfits I found the Snack Trap. For just under 4.00 and with cute designs for boy or girl I grabbed one. It has handles for easy gripe and a soft foam top that lets the child put hands in to get a snack out and with the top theres no spills. Karson loves the independence.

Mother's Day Came Early

I am celebrating Mothers Day early this year. The boys sent me flowers on Tuesday and Kaden made me something at school and wrapped it himself.

I am enjoying the spring smells and bright colors. When I got home from my trip my Birthday flowers were dying so it was a nice surprise to see these.

My boys are so sweet. I love them. Life would not be complete without all 3 of them.

17 Months

Today you are 17 months. Your walking is much more stable than it used to be. I love how you pretty much go with the flow. You make me laugh when you wave at people at the store and give them your joy for life smile. You want to do everything your big bro does and I know its hard to understand you have some growing up to do but its ok to slow down and be Mommy's baby a little longer. I am so happy I get to be your Mommy.

Party Number 2

On Sunday we had a Wedding shower. It was funny how we took all the beach stuff down and then put up a whole new set of decor for the shower in just hours.

While we were in Dallas the boys had a chance to play at the a mall playground.

While Busy decorating or getting ready for something I just pulled out Aunt Appy's toy box and the boys played for a long time while I got some things done.

My Dad came by while we were in town and got to spend some time with them before we left.

Quick Trip to Dallas

My cousin Christy is getting married next week so my Sister-in-law and I threw her a party for just us girls (movie night and tons of junk food) and helped with a wedding shower. Yes that is 2 parties in 1 weekend and now I am home.

Flip Flop Beach Party

It was so much fun and we had fun playing games, eating lots of junk food that included pizza, cheese dip, candy, brownies and ice cream. We ended the night watching My Fair Lady and Breakfast at Tiffany's.
