Ragamuffin Challenge - Update

It has been a few weeks since I have updated. The fact is I tried really hard a few weeks followed the diet and nothing happened. I actually gained weight. I am back on this week. I am starting something new. I am logging everything I eat. Accountability is what I need. This Saturday I will be weighing in.

New weight loss goal 13 pounds..
